Ariadna, the front desk manager I assume. She was helpful and kind. Alihaya, pm front desk was great also
Michael, the shuttle operator is the man. Any questions I had he had answers. And recommended great places to eat.
The hotel is clean but what we didnt like is that we had to pay for parking. That was not acceptable. That needs to be known up front
Rooms were clean. Beds comfortable. Temperature in rooms great. Lights in room were good
BREAKFAST WAS GOOD. We paid extra with the reservation for the two mornings meal
Staff where friendly and welcoming, room was clean and well appointed, and the included breakfast was top notch for the price. Highly recommend :)
