Juan the Front Desk Supervisor was the absolute BEST! He deserves an employee of the year award! He made sure our stay was AMAZING!
The location, the front desk staff, the room, the whole thing. Great.
I think you should add a microwav to each room. No one wants to leave the room late at night to heat food.
Staff were all polite and respectful. Food in the restaurant was fresh and tasty. Location to the stadium was perfect as well as the shuttle they provided.
We stayed for one night before our cruise. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a leak in the first room and they immediately moved us to another. The lobby is clean and smells pleasant. Our shuttle driver was really nice and welcoming and will take you anywhere in a 2 mile radius. There’s shopping and food within that radius. The beds were comfortable, the lotion and shower gel smell good, and it feels safe. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend
