Very very clean. Love the attention and kindness of the personnel.
the room was super clean, the staff was very polite, we were hours early and they had us a room instantly.
Tycie at Front desk was very welcoming and professional. The property was nice and clean. Close to a nearby McDonald's and about 5min away from Hard Rock Tampa Hotel & Casino. Beds are comfortable. Room temperature was comfortable. Bathroom was spacious and had a walk in shower for the King Studio Suite.
This place is excellent!!!! If we could give it a 20 we would!!
From the minute we walked into the front door we were greeted by the nicest front desk rep. She was so polite and professional.
Our room was beautiful, decorated very clean and the beds were so comfy!! We do not have any complaints whatsoever!! Excellent hotel!! Excellent service !! Breakfast bar perfect!! Even housekeeping was awesome and friendly!! We loved our stay!!
It was clean and large. Had breakfast and a little convenience center available.
