This has been my third stay here at this Holiday Inn in Pearsall this year, while traveling for work near Laredo. It is convenient to my needs as well as the HEB across the interstate. Rooms are well appointed, and my requests for my room reservation to be on the West side of the hotel have been met. The East side fronts IH 35 which can be noisy at times. Though I truly can't answer as to how noisy that sounds inside the hotel on that end. As for the breakfast, it is well appointed and hearty enough for my needs, and compared to other hotels with breakfast included, this is by far one the best breakfast buffets I have experienced.
