I have stayed at both the Lancaster, and the Ridgecrest Holiday Inn Express several times over the past three years and have never been disappointed! Your staff and services are amazing ! Thank you and I will continue to stay with Holiday Inn, especially with there reasonable prices.
I loved the staff and location of the facility. The cook in particular. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed her breakfast. My favorite was the sausage gravy. My husband's favorite was the bacon. Everyone was very pleasant.
Loved that the room service for cleaning and extra supplies was prompt.
The property was clean and staff courteous and helpful. The rooms were nice and clean.
Staff very friendly rooms were clean. Bed were very comfortable. Would definitely stay again
