Service was fantastic, well managed hotel with everything we needed. Special thanks to Michael in reception, who made us very welcome and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. Would return and recommend.

First and foremost, the staff were amazing and treated me so kindly. I felt like family when I arrived and left. Flo was so helpful and caring and Brannon was especially helpful kind. The breakfast was always hot and well prepared (didn't taste like frozen). I liked that the coffee pots were available 24/7.

Loved the rooms and the staff was friendly. We went there during new year's so they gave us a list of different places we could watch the fireworks from. The place is close to many good restaurants and stores as well. Overall, loved it ! If we come to Austin again, we will surely like to stay here.
