Very friendly and helpful staff, great facilities and very clean, but the pool was way too chlorinated - too strong of smell and I wasn't comfortable going in. I also tried calling room service and the restaurant to order food a few times with no answer. Location is convenient with a few stores and restaurants close by and an average 10-20 minute drive to everything around town. It was also nice to have a coffee and tea station every day in the main lobby, and was able to restock coffee and bottled water every day for the room.

Convenient location between Newport and Narragansett. The bed was very comfortable and the luxury bed linens and bath towels were appreciated. The facility could use a carpet update but overall was clean and well maintained.

Our kids enjoyed the pool. Just an aside, your pool towels could use an upgrade!

The location was good and the front desk staff was friendly.

The staff was awesome at this hotel! They went out of their way to help me on multiple occasions.
