Front desk was very hospitable! Room was clean and very nice! My granddaughter loved the heated pool!
It was a very nice, clean and beautiful resort. They provide everything you needed in the kitchen. The unit has a washer/dryer. They provided laundry detergent too. Staff were friendly.
The staff were amazing. And the room was excellent.
Units and grounds were clean, comfortable, & quiet. We had a party of 10 and booked 2 units. Our units were in the same building, right next to each other. All keys worked for both units. This worked out great for us. The wristbands they provided for unlocking doors pools etc, also we’re great. Much better than trying to fish for a key card (which they also provided). We found the parking to be easy and didn’t mind the walk to the parking garage and when we had a load to carry, the bellmen were really helpful. We enjoyed the Keiki hula (and I enjoyed the free Mai Tai). We used a pool a couple of times and enjoyed it. Used the grill one evening. Took advantage of some of the items provided for guest use (boogie boards, chairs). All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The price was very reasonable for what we got.
It’s so quiet, the rooms are close together. We had other family members stay the same time and it was a close walk to their rooms as well.
