Note: we loved it so much we are already rebooked here for Halloween Horror Nights and are about to book again for out next Epic Universe trip!! Everything is clean and well furnished and the size of the kitchenette and fridge were fantastic. It’s literally a mile from Epic Universe so that is absolutely perfect. We had Anthony assist us at check-in and he was friendly and informative and had a very welcoming personality. When we went down for the wonderful breakfast bar (fresh waffles and oatmeal both with loads of toppings and all the regular continental breakfast foods you expect) Blake was at the desk and he was also a positive personality to interact with!

Room was excellent. Staff was very nice and kept checking to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Breakfast options were great. Definitely would stay here again. Thanks for a great stay.

Clean, Great breakfast options, and perfect location for an Epic Universe visit. Once the park is officially open, this hotel will get really busy Anthony the front desk agent that checked us in did an outstanding job. Very welcoming, professional, and accommodating.

It’s really close to Epic Universe ( the reason for our trip), only three minutes away. It’s pet friendly and the breakfast has a good variety. Rooms were very comfortable. Staff was very friendly.

The stay was very pleasant. The rooms were nice and clean. The location was great. The area was quiet. Breakfast was good and the staff was helpful.
