Front dest lady checked in around 4pm July 27 Saturday When we check in the lady in the front Desk was helpful, but something bothers me when we get to our room key didn’t work so I went back downstairs but that is no big deal. She was helping another customer she handed them a bottle of water then I asked a new key she did gave me a new one when I asked if I can have a bottle of water cause she did not offer from the beginning when we check in she stated that the bottle of water is for the honest customer!!! I think that was rude!

The staff was excellent! Every single staff member we spoke with while staying here was absolutely amazing!
