I had a horrible experience with customer service and immediately it was taken care of by management. Jamie the manager was amazing at communicating with me and made me feel heard. My room was so relaxing and quiet. I love the location and I would def stay again!

The room was so beautiful and inclusive. Our first room had a loud fan and the front desk clerk made switching rooms a seamless process. I also love that the property is locked after a certain time, and requires a key entry. They also have someone monitoring the parking lot after hours which made me more confident in my car being safe for the night. Overall amazing experience.

They have to fix the doors.. it was hard to open and close. Our room has balcony door and gate, also same it’s too hard to use. The toilet seat is broken. However, the room is clean and comfy.

I enjoyed how comfortable it was. It felt like a mini apartment. It had a fridge and a microwave and stove. It felt like a home away from home. This will be my new Hotel when I come down to California. It was so nice. Enjoy room for me and my mom and 3 kids. It actually look just like the picture. It was very clean and neat and the staff was very professional. No issues at all. Breakfast was severed and on my 3 day stay I could only make it twice but that was a very nice touch. I will see you soon.

Very clean, no weird smells, nice are for dogs to do their business.
