Information about the type of meals included in the price is indicated in the rate details., In accordance with the Institutional Regulations and the rules governing the fee for access, with or without a shuttle service, in Venice and the small islands of the Venetian Lagoon, an additional fee is charged to day-trippers who do not stay overnight and plan to visit the historic city centre from Friday to Sunday or on public holidays, from 08:30 AM to 04:00 PM. The fee will be from EUR 5.00 to 10.00 per day, depending on the date of booking. After payment, tourists must have a confirmation. Exempt from this fee are children under 14; residents of Venice and the Veneto region; people working or studying in Venice. Guests staying overnight are also exempt from this fee and must pay the city tax at the accommodation facilities.
A cleaning tax is not included in the reservation price and is payable separately at the hotel.
Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Italy hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information.
Children under the age of 10 are exempt from paying city tax. The city tax is EUR 2.25 per night for guests aged 10-16 years old.

GOOD LOCATION! Just right across the main train station. And close to everything... Restaurants, grocery stores, laundry, etc !
No lotion, no hair conditioner!
Прекрасное и удобное расположение
В номерах жарко даже с кондиционером (при выставлении ниже 20 градусов - он выключался, не заглядывайте внутрь - страшная грязь), уборка посредственная, номера очень уставшие.
Месторасположение.
Все, кроме месторасположения.
Ветхий номер с "пластиковыми стенами".
Невообразимо скудный завтрак, отсутствие даже каши.
Крайне заносчивый, беспардонный персонал:к нам в номер трижды с разницей в 10 минут стучали и тут же заходили сотрудники отеля, извинялись и выходили.
Расположение идеальное для тех, кто приехал ненадолго в Венецию и уезжает на поезде. Отличный разнообразный завтрак. Кофе в кофейниках приносят на столы - достаточно средний. Обслуживание на высшем уровне.
Мы останавливались всего на одну ночь, скорее всего поэтому нас разместили в номере без реновации.
Отличный отель, хорошее расположение, близко к площади сан марко,обязательно остановимся ещё.
