Service was nice, stuff tried to solve my problem with wifi. Unfortunately, it was not successful. Wi-fi did not work at all. Connection losted every minute.

Great location, just a few steps from Porta Nuova Station. During my first stay there I got a room with river view - beautiful and quiet. Nice breakfasts - a big range of croissants that I love with various tasty jams. During my second trip I was given a room with back yard view - you can hardly call it "a view" as it is nothing but old shabby houses that gives you a gloomy impression. But for me staying only for 1 night that was no problem, a really HUGE problem was that this type of room location is really noisy, every ten minutes you hear trains as if they are driving right by your window. As a result I couldn't fall asleep the whole night and in the morning had to catch my flight being all exhausted and sleepy. Also the bath itself was much smaller than my previous economy standard room - and in general it was too dark (the shower stall), as a result I forgot my personal items there that made me really upset. I would suggest staying there only if we speak about rooms with river view, then everything is perfect, you can have a good rest after a busy day. Rooms with railway - no way! Also for me as a coffee admirer - the quality and taste of coffee is very important, here - in hotel Leon d'Oro it could be much better especially if we take into account that we are speaking about a hotel which is situated in Italy - country of perfect coffee. For a 4 star hotel , the coffee that they offer at breakfast is really far from good. In Italy you can offer a lower quality of tea or something else but coffee MUST be great everywhere:)
