Staff was amazing. They were friendly and helpful. My son and his friend went to a concert nearby and they were sure to ask about it the next morning. It gave us a good feeling all around.
The staff were all extremely nice!!! Especially Jess and Richard at the front desk, very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was far enough away from the downtown area to be really quiet at all times.
Our room was clean and comfortable. The bedroom had black out curtains which are essential to good sleep at this time of year. The facility was full but quiet with minimal noise from other guests.
The Sorrento is classy, charming, and just really beautiful. Both rooms I stayed in were comfortable. The beds were soft and the rooms were cute.
Spacious and beautifully appointed rooms. Friendly helpful staff. Very comfortable. Small historic hotel.
