The decor, the historical aspect & style and all of the options for eating, drinking & relaxing at the hotel. The staff was wonderful! They had lost my Booking.com reservation due to a change over with their system but luckily had a room & gave us the same price.

Beautiful Historical Hotel in downtown Prescott, looks like you are in an old western! Room was nice and spacious. I loved the western decor throughout. Bed was nice and comfy with plenty of pillows. Shower was nice with good products available. The Speak Easy Bar and Bistro on site were both very enjoyable. Very close to all shopping and restaurants. On Street parking. Staff was super friendly and helpful.
Our room was decorated very nicely. The bathroom is small but nicely decorated to reflect the age of the hotel. The restaurant service and bar were excellent.
Everything has been renovated, everything in my room was new! They also added a Happy Hour bar!
