The hotel was beautiful, clean, at the perfect location for my purposes ( concert at amelia arena ), quiet. The staff were all very nice and helpful!

Excellent Location. Large rooms and balcony with a river view. Took my pet canary, and they waived the pet fee.
We stayed here the night before our cruise. It's right on the riverwalk so it was lovely to explore this part of Tampa in both the evening and the morning. The University of Tampa is across the river and there is some beautiful architecture there. Nice value for what we were looking for.
The pool was happening with a DJ and free seltzer samples from a distributor. We had lunch and it was very good. It felt
