wifi doesn't work, door of shower cabin was broken, and hairdryer doesn't work
For the price, it was quite alright. It was acceptable for the 4 nights I stayed, but I was glad to leave.
The sheets were not cleaned properly, I found multiple hairs on them. The housekeeping service was rude, and tried to come in the room without knocking, and while I was getting dressed. I asked her to come back later and she was angry with me. I left the room in a rush that day, and the next day I told her not to bother cleaning, she wasn’t really cleaning anything anyway. The sink was still dirty, the sheets weren’t replaced. On the morning of checkout, a man came to my room and knocked to tell me to get out as I was finishing up, I was still on time for check out. There is only one outlet in the room, and no AC, so you have to decide between charging your phone/computer/etc or plugging in the fan. The heat is unbearable.
Good value for the money and good location, its near Termini. helpful staff.
