The Hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. Its in a great location.
The lounge staff was exceptional in both professionalism and warmth & friendliness. Cristina was very professional and welcoming, as were her co-workers (the employee of the month), the Tuesday night bartender, and their manager. All were engaging, warm, and very efficient. It's been a while since I enjoyed my evening as much, thanks to their great service.
Restaurant staff was exceptionally friendly, especially Glenda and the manager but all staff was courteous, professional, and kind. The food was delicious!
Love the restaurant, lobby, and the bar area. Very inviting and fun to hang out with our group.
The breakfast was decent but it would be nice to include more vegan/ non diary and plant based options.
My room was clean and had no smell which was great. The hotel is in a quiet part of town.
