Property was clean! All receptionists were polite! Breakfast was awesome! My kids enjoyed the pool!
Maintenance was quick to handle the only 2 small issues . At check-in the AC in the room wasn't working but once they were notified the problem was solved immediately. They also turned the grills on within minutes of the request.
booking.com messed up my reservation as they do often and the manager and front desk lady we above and beyond and got us a room to accommodate us and they have the best customer service that I have seen in a long time. Job well done, well managed and run establishment
Soon as you walk in, you are greeted by Renee. She is so awesome and very knowledgeable. Soon as you walk in, there is a fresh sent they greet you as well.
It’s an older apartment like studio hotel suites, but they are quaint. The front desk is nice and the breakfast is filling. I enjoy it.
