The breakfast was good and the staff was great. Coffee was good and hot and liked that there was fresh fruit.
The breakfast was great. Having a microwave and fridge in the room was excellent. The bed was very comfortable.
I moved to here after going to the hotel the airline provided due to a delayed flight, the other hotel was a dive. On arrival Bridget greeted me with a smile and was very helpful and welcoming. Nothing was an issue. The entire team at the hyatt were lovely. The room was perfect for a weary traveller and all amenities were provided. I didnt try the breakfast but did look at it and it looked like a good selection
It was very nice, far beyond what we expected. They had a great breakfast, more security than most hotels which made us feel safe and our room had a kitchen with a dishwasher that was stocked with full set of dishes, was also super clean. Would definitely recommend!
Overall the hotel was great, however, the location was not the best as there were homeless people around the neighborhood.
