Mr. Brown, concierge, was wonderful!! Very friendly, made our group feel so welcomed and check in was a breeze!! He made sure we had everything we needed, very professional and knowledgeable of surrounding areas. We loved him!! A number ONE!!
Everything! Customers service was great! Got an upgrade to accommodate not having the room I reserved! Looks like I will be staying here more often! And the breakfast was amazing!

Very with comfortable beds, helpful staff, onsite coffee/convenience shop, and close to lots of food, stores, etc. Great access to UNC Charlotte. This hotel is much nicer than some of the other nearby options, which felt a little dusty and outdated.
We had a one night stop at this hotel on route two down south it was super clean with friendly staff. Excellent overall! Will consider returning in future.
