This hotel is in a fantastic location - North Main Street. You are in walking distance to shops, restaurants, and entertainment. The room was very comfortable, with exceptional mattress and pillows. It was very roomy and had a small refrigerator and coffee set up. The room was very clean and housekeeping did a great job each day. All of the staff the we interacted with were very professional, welcoming, and intent on making sure our needs were met.
This Hyatt is in a great location in Greenville. Every staff member was exceptionally friendly, courteous, and eager to make my stay great. The room was very clean and the bed and pillows were perfect! Very comfortable. Overall, I was very pleased.
Architecture of hotel, the bed was comfy, quiet, liked the bar area, parking was reasonable and it was close to all the places we wanted to go to
The lobby is SO beautiful and welcoming! The location is great and the room was awesome!
The hotel was very nice & the staff were all very friendly & accommodating. The room was clean & the bed comfortable. Really enjoyed the live music & street festival right outside the hotel doors.
