The only problem we had was getting the code for the key box. Everytime I sent a message we got the same answer - that we had recieved an email. No email was recieved. We waited for over an hour and a half. Eventually we got the code via whatsapp. No person to talk to just a robot. We almost booked another hotel just when the code came via whatsapp. Once in the appartment was excellent.

Short walk to downtown Broadway and the gulch.beautiful views. Grocery store next to it. The fridge did die while we were there but they moved us apartments and credited us for the night. They were super attentive and accommodating.

Very clean! Lots of safety features. Fun amenities.

Loved the rec floor, pool, and location. Close to both downtown and the gulch with Whole Foods right downstairs.

Location was great. walking distance to everything. View from windows was great. Security seemed good. Pleasantly surprised by check in & out, was a little worried since first time trying phone check in but it worked fine.
