Hospitality, the staff the decor all were wonderful. The staff was very engaged, professional and welcoming. A few small things to note, though. There was a coffee cup sitting on a utility box, of sorts, outside our room for 2-days in the hallway, the chairs in the main living room area could use a deep clean (beige fabric is tough to keep clean and the arm rests showed it) and I thoroughly appreciated the Champagne upon check-in for my birthday but glass or clear plastic stemware instead of clear plastic dixie cups would have been so awesome. Just think of champagne toast photos in the hotel photo gallery. It was a little strange drinking it out of small plastic dixie cups. Besides that, everything was great. The bed and pillows were plush and the room darkening blinds made me want to sleep well past check-out!

I've never stayed somewhere with such a friendly staff. The room was spacious and well appointed. It felt more luxurious than we expected for the price.

We loved everything about this hotel! Beautiful unique bespoke style! The pool was like an oasis! Very comfortable outdoor beds by the pool! Social hour from 5-6 was so fun and yummy! Great location!!
