Almaz was the highlight of my stay. Taking very good care of my needs. I also witnessed her with a difficult customer with grace and patience.
The staff were exceptional, especially Alma, who works in the dining area. She is wonderful - friendly, attentive and welcoming. She deserves special mention. The staff at the front desk were very good also.
