The building underwent a full renovation in 2008, and its current owner has further modernized the property with remote locks for contactless checkins, streaming TVs, and all white, luxurious down bedding. The property has a charming, private garden hidden from busy Commercial Street, housing a cedar tub, dry sauna, and outdoor shower (beginning June 2023).
