This is a very comfortable apartment in a superb location. The landlady is very friendly, the local staff quite helpful.
Our host met us at the building and handed off the key without any complications, and was very helpful in answering a few questions!
property is adequate if you looking for a budget stay. best part is location ñ,right on the beach and a very helpful landlord. she tried her best to make our stay comfortable.
Comfortable beds, nice city view, hosts communicated very well, building had pool, gym and some things to purchase.
Really well equipped apt. Clean, comfortable for two weeks stay and even longer. Soft linens, lot of towels and everything you can imagine in the kitchenette. The bathroom also had everything I needed. There were sun beds, so I could take them to the beach and watch the sunset. I asked the hostess about the mailbox, and she kindly checked it for me many times, finally I got the mail I was waiting for. The pool and the beach were fantastic! Also Publix was just 10 minutes walk from the place. I would highly recommend this apartment!
