Very well maintained and the owners were helpful and nice. We booked again for later in the year.
The staff was wonderful and helpful and the grounds were charming. They supply regular coffee but we drink decaf and they provided us with it daily. Even though we were close to the freeway we didn't hear any freeway noise.
The coffee and fruit were good but there were no pastries available after 9 AM.
During our eight day vacation we stayed at five different hotels and this was definitely the best. Everything was perfect. Our room was exceptionally clean, well kept, had everything we could possibly need, and the management was exceptional. They treated us like family, were very caring, and enjoyable to talk to. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting San Rafael Ca,
Lovely spot surrounded by trees. Room was a good size with chair and ottoman and desk area in addition to the bed. Friendly staff. Easy freeway access.
