The new owners have done a great job of renovating the hotel and make sure the property and rooms are clean and well maintained. The outdoor areas are very nice and relaxing as they are next to the creek.
I liked the style of this motel, the sitting area outside was amazing
Rooms look recently renovated. I'm not sure if they were, but very pretty. Just off the main area in Gatlinburg quiet.
Employees were exceptional! The room was clean and comfortable. Overall...great little retro motel that has been updated for rooms to look like a cabin inside. I accidentally left my wallet by the pool. The owner called me and returned it without anything missing...no cash gone, no activity on any of my cards.
Great location. Really cute decor. Friendly staff. Parking by room.
