My children and I love and only stay at monumental movie land when we travel to Orlando. It's priced great, clean, and close to all attractions
The large rooms, the price. The staff at front desk very accommodating I forget everyone's name. But the young AA young lady with the beautiful hair... The fairly new very tall young man Luka or Alex. The AA gentleman at night with the great smile and Colleen have been very helpful, personable, and accommodating with the extra essentials the new girl that took Irene's shift ( who was great ) helped me with a big-time problem which she handled without issue I am very grateful for her assistance. I think she also works in the office. Thank you all for going over and above and making me feel welcome.i also enjoyed the pool which always has sun and the game room which is now open. New big washers and dryers as well.
The Staff is absolutely Amazing! Everyone has strong, empathetic customer relations skills.
Loved the pool and the location. Also liked how accommodating they were at last minute due to original motel not being good for a family.
