Although there was a language barrier, the staff was very kind and helpful.

Courteous and helpful staff. Quiet. Very clean with comfortable beds. Good central location for events and getting in and out of the city. Will stay there again. We were traveling with two small pets and it was perfect for them, too.

I traveled to the Irving-Dallas area for Mother’s Day weekend, and this hotel was the only one that had both a great price and excellent reviews. Luckily, it was also close to my family’s home, which we were visiting. I was beyond happy with our stay! The room was spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable, and the front desk service was fantastic. Although our stay was short, it was amazing. There’s a fast-food restaurant right in front of the hotel in case you get hungry, and several other stores are within walking distance just outside. The shower had perfect water pressure, which was a nice bonus. I highly, highly recommend this hotel!

Management is so excellent including staff and property as well as amenities are so updated, place is so quite and bed is also comfortable, bathroom is clean and over all so clean and staff also very friendly. I recommend for this property And we will stay again
