The front desk staff showed outstanding customer service. I was also able to get a handicap room.
The staff was very nice and friendly. I like that the ice and vending machines were in a convenient, clean closed-up location.
The Staff. I've given not so favorable reviews before, regarding the staff, but all that has really taken a turn for the best! Now I am received with smiles & friendly conversation. I really enjoyed my last two stays & looking forward to many more.
Had a few issues with first room. So, was moved to a different room. Maintenance is off on the weekends there. The young lady at the front desk was awesome, polite, skilled, hospitable and handled the issue without any hesitation.
The front desk staff at check in were super pleasant and courteous. And efficient.
