The room was very clean, new and comfortable. The staff, especially Sandra, were friendly and helpful.
The front desk staff was friendly, attentive, and professional. Housekeeping did a great job. Location is good, the Motel is very close to the Santa Ana Zoo, and there is ample parking. I take the bus, and the bus stops right in front of the motel. There is a strip mall across the street, and within it is a small Italian pizzeria and restaurant called Bari. It's on the right side of the strip mall and hard to see, but look for Bari. Great Italian food and reasonably priced. I've been coming to this motel on and off, and one thing that has changed is that the swimming pool has been filled in.

Location is convenient and front desk staff and housekeeping are very helpful and responsive.
Rooms were clean and modern. Hotel is pet friendly which was good for me and my dogs.
