Excellent location. Easy walk to downtown, and the docks. Reception staff kept the foyer clean and well-stocked with tea and coffee. Allowed me to check-in early which was a bonus.
Excellent staff, comfy bed, warm water, great views, 24 hr office area with supplies, good lotion and hair products, and convenient location that is walking distance to everywhere.
The best thing we liked was the helpful nature of the lady at reception. She went out of the way to help and meet our requirements.
The location was great and the front desk person was a delight!
We loved our stay here. It was a great value for the money, especially compared to other locations in Alaska. It had everything we needed. We had a room with a balcony which was nice. It is an easy walk to the path that goes along the shore and an easy walk to the marina. There is a Keurig in the lobby that is available 24 hours a day which was a huge blessing for us!
