Location right off interstate easy off and on, and close to Opry Mills Mall.
Very nice clean comfortable place to stay ! Was very pleased and plan to stay again this month
I loved that it was so close to the airport and eating spots
The property is nine minutes away from the airport. It’s obviously, an older property, but well maintained. Frequent by travelers and airport staff. The inside of the property was beautifully appointed very welcoming atmosphere. The staff at all Marriott hotels that I’ve been happy to be a guest Have all been very congenial and extremely friendly, acknowledging guest presence by speaking in the hallways and asking if they can assist in someway.
A situation occurred in the room. I was given it was a loud rattle in the air-conditioning system. It made it impossible to sleep. I called the front desk Taniqua immediately offered to cop the room or give me a different room. I opted for a different room. She sent a staff person up with the keys to the room and look for a trolley to assist me in moving. A perfect example of the Marriott staff eagerness to accommodate its guests.
A wonderful location with a lot of amenities inside of it. The staff was great and they had a Starbucks inside, a bar, lounge area, and airport shuttle services. It was in a great location 8 minutes from Opry Mills mall, 15 minutes from broadway, and many of restaurants around. Would definitely stay again.
