The dirtiest hotel I’ve ever seen (and I’ve been to 47 countries). The layer of dust, human hair, crumbs and pieces of God knows what everywhere in the room. Service is horrible. Receptionists ignoring you and their job duties. The pool is so cold you can’t swim with 34 degrees Celsius outside. The food is bad. Everything

Reception is slow and cumbersome. Even though we booked and paid for the room with breakfast, they wanted to make us pay for the breakfast again. After an hour's discussion, they managed to prevent the reservation in their system.

People at the reception were kind so if it's your intention to stay talking to them all night - this is the best option they have. Brekfast was awful by itsefl but also coffee machine didn't work and everything in the restaraunt were messy. Aircon worked very loudly. The halls were DIRTY, like there were meals leftovers waiting by someone's room for a cleaner (wtf?). The room itsefl was airless. People were talking in the hall nearby extremely loudly half of the night. And it wasn't even free EgyptAir transit service - I paid for the room mysefl. No way I'd ever do it again.

spacious room, comfortable bed, delicious breakfast. I didn't like the long check in. the staff could not find my payment and said breakfast was not included. After the arrival of the manager, everything was resolved.
