Room wasn’t cleaned when they could. Bathroom is disgusting. Elevators were constantly broken. This place is old and needs a facelift

The pool and the bar at the pool were nice. You're better off dining at other restaurants on the strip/other resorts. The staff at the Hooters restaurant ignore customers and will have you waiting 15 plus minutes for a waitress and they'll walk right past you. Also the Pizza Hut service is non-existent. The comforters were thin, the walls are thin to the point you can hear the person's next door conversation and the shampoo/soap caddies are poorly applied and will fall off. This hotel is probably good if you're staying for one night but spend your money elsewhere if you're staying multiple days. Also the elevators do not work! Also good luck using the stairs to access the first floor as this is impossible on the bayside view tower.

Upon checking in, our room was very dirty. Food stains on walls, food on floors, hair in the shower and in both beds. Dirty stained linens. We requested that they come clean it better but they did the bare minimum. We spent all weekend walking around other people's sunflower seeds on the floor. The sink, tub and bathroom floor were all cracked and black in the cracks. Just filthy. Put some money into your hotel.

I paid on your site and also had to pay when I arrived. I will never use this awful service again!
