Good food and service at the pool, nice suite with ocean view, and shuttle service to nearby restaurants and shopping.
Location was excellent along with variety of food options on-site. The adult pool was a plus!
Loved the location, pool bar and games in the yard.
The room was super huge and had excellent decor! The bathroom was quite updated with 2 sinks. The view was of the beach. Loved the view!! I also loved that they had a shuttle service within a 3-mile radius of the resort of any shop or restaurant you wanted to go to - that was included. Very accommodating staff and housekeeping did check your room daily. Also, the resort wasn't overcrowded which I did like.
This was the first time that I loved absolutely everything about the hotel I stayed in. Beginning with the super fast check in process, the amazing, spacious room with the beautiful view, the three pools, friendly staff, spa services and ending with the food at the restaurant- everything was superb! We would stay only at OMNI Hilton next time we are in Hilton Head. Nowhere else.
