The man at the front desk at check in was very nice and helpful.

There was no breakfast. The location was great. Restaurants close by Kohls and the dollar tree store across the street. They do have a laundry room but the washer doesn't ring your clothes out very well so it took a long time to dry my load of clothes.. I booked a room with one bed because it was just me, myself and I. But they gave me a room with two beds and I didn't know it but I found out the 3rd day I stayed there they were charging me extra for the extra bed that I didn't even ask for and There was no fridge or microwave like they advertised. The room was clean and staff was polite, just wish I had known about the charge for the extra bed I didn't even ask for or needed. Also I stopped at the store on the way there, and bought food for the fridge and Meat to cook in the microwave and was disappointed to find no fridge or microwave. They did have a microwave in the laundry room I used.

The room was of good size, but not enough lighting.

Staff was attentive and exceptional as was my room.

Location was great and easy to find. It was quiet. Beds were comfortable. Tona of hot water! Big pool. Clean grounds. Clean and tidy rooms. But most of all, Excellent customer service!! Demetrius was such a delight! Very helpful and courteous! Exceptionally Professional and knowledgeable about the area.
