Xiana was an absolute delight upon our arrival! We had to move hotels and she welcomed us to the Marriott after a long day of travel.
I was on he 18th floor, so the view was beautiful especially after dark.
Everything was wonderful. The front staff were amazing, and I think the girls name starts with an "X" Xiana? SHE'S AMAZING. So friendly, so personable. It was so busy trying to get everyone in their rooms and she was just there, talking making everyone feel welcome. What a saint. I do believe this was the first time we stayed at this hotel we frequent Pittsburgh a lot for concerts and it was one of the nicest ones we've ever been to.
Location, the view, friendly and helpful staff. Great barstaff. Roon was big.
the hospitality greeter named Des was amazing! she couldn't have been any more helpful, and treated us like royalty! Her personality and energy is contagious, and I found myself having a better day just because I met her!
