The room was exceptional. It was big and had a big patio. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was big and the jets in the shower were amazing. There was an outdoor garden to sit in and enjoy a drink.
Prime location in Old Port. Very spacious room and courteous staff.
The location was terrific! Liked the traditional, old world feel. Felt it could be a bit cleaner. There was a food tray that sat in the hall all day long. The spa was great!
When cleaning lady was requested for second day, she didn’t clean well. Even left dirty coffee cups
Beautiful location and hotel. Definitely will revisit Portland and stay at this hotel. Exceptional experience
