Un hôtel relativement calme malgré la proximité des quartiers animés. Le personnel était très agréable, toujours souriant et à l'écoute. Le lit était confortable.
Hotel is well located within easy 10-15 minute walk to French Quarter. Staff were friendly, rooms well appointed & clean. (my personal preference is for a hard mattress & the mattresses were definitely more on the soft side - only reason for not giving a 100% rating re comfy bed question above). The hotel allows order-in meals to be consumed within the hotel-restaurant area (which is limited in seating numbers but adequate). Restaurant staff were very friendly. Lovely vibe/atmosphere within the hotel.
