Hotel is surrounded by more expensive hotels and on a very snowy night, it was wonderful being able to go to Taco Bell or Culvers without leaving the interconnected parking lots. Having lived a few miles away for years until recently, I knew the area would be quiet and as safe as anywhere can be.

The check in process was quick and easy. The room was very clean. While the hotel was full of guests, the rooms were quiet. We could not hear any road noise even though we were on a main road. The beds were comfortable and the three fluffy pillows were a nice touch. Nice options for the daily breakfast. All the hotel employees were polite and helpful. The hot water in the shower was available immediately.

Beds were low enough that I could easily get into them, very quiet, staff was friendly.

The staff was super friendly and very, very helpful. I couldn't have asked for better staff. The room was clean and in order. Everything was as it should be. The hotel was quiet and comfortable. I was able to sleep peacefully!

Proximity to the hospital I was going to. Easy on and off of expressway. Beds were supportive and very comfortable. No strange odors in the room.
