The staff were extremely helpful. I travel with a service dog we were given a room right next to an exit to the dog area. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable
Location, And fact I had booked across street at a competitors that basically had no HEAT. You were able to book me a room for 5 days Shows 4 here but you were able to extend me a day. This was an emergency situation for family member. Very emotional week.
