Friendly staff, beautiful hotel, great character. The room was comfy, more than enough space for 3. We rented the executive suite. Breakfast was good and the vibe is just really nice.

Beautiful building and rooms, wonderful location and friendly staff

the staff are great especially the guy (sorry didn't get his name) who greeted us at breakfast and kept the area spotless. The location was good. Really good restaurants within walking distance and not too far from activities we wanted to do in the City. Front desk Staff were helpful. We were surprised that they had a driver in the morning that would drop us off at City locations. Nice touch of having sherry and cookies in the afternoon. Comfortable place to stay overall.

I loved all the soft comfort--even the elevator has a bench! Two fireplaces down stairs with lots of cozy couches and chairs. There is always tea and coffee on hand and a little tea and sherry get together 4-6. It was our anniversary and we were gifted a bottle of prosecco and a little box of chocolates. Sweet touches. Parking was convenient and the staff really kind and helpful. It's obviously a labor of love.

Thermostat worked great in rooms. Courtyard area relaxing and peaceful. Comfortable beds, updated modern bathrooms, high water pressure in shower, provided soap, lotion, shampoo. Let us keep luggage behind check-in counter before and after checkout. Let us keep our vehicle parked in the hotel parking after we checked out.
