Location close to shopping areas, dining options. Otherwise clean hotel and friendly staff. Accessible room was mostly accessible. The check-in counter was too high for someone in a wheelchair to see/ communicate across. I had to ask the clerk for a writing surface to sign the paperwork at check-in. Accessible room was mostly accessible- but the door to the room could not have been opened by anyone exclusively in a wheelchair or alone, and the room was a bit tight for maneuvering a wheelchair. Accessible shower was mostly accessible. However, the floor of the bathroom was lower than the bath, and water from the shower went all over, despite my best efforts otherwise. Room service wasn't as on top of it as hoped- they were asked to come back in 2 hours to remove the soggy towels that were generated from the showering process. In the evening, when we returned to the room, soggy towels and bath mats were still there. Front desk staff were responsive.
