Near to WDW parks. Walmart short walk away Hotel is getting very dated and the room we stayed in needed refurbishment

It’s very close from the Disney parks The key card didn’t work properly a couple times. The Wi-Fi sometines didn’t work as well.

The room was not cleaned properly after the last guest as there was food crumbs on the floor. The room had a musty possibly moldy smell to it. The room didn’t look or seem very sanitary. The refrigerator in the room did not work at all. The room had a musty, possibly moldy smell to it and was dirty. The hotel itself was not very clean either. There was a rat trap with a rat on it in the hallway outside the room. It took us 10 minutes standing around and looking for someone to attend us. Then when we finally found someone, the guy checking us in was extremely unpleasant and unwelcoming. He didn’t even look at us, made us feel like we were bothering him and gave us directions the complete opposite way of our room. Also, when I called the front desk in regards to the refrigerator, he was extremely rude. I asked him to please either move us to another room or to please bring a refrigerator from a vacant room as I needed it for my 4 months old specialty formula that needed to be kept refrigerated. He said that that they were full and all rooms were booked. However, when I was walking around looking for my room, again as he gave us directions the complete opposite way, there was nothing but vacant rooms. I asked if there was someone else I could speak too that would help resolve this and he sighed and said nope there’s nothing he can do. It was by far the worst hotel stay I have ever had.

Very Clean. Location of room was away from the main building. A little misleading when we booked.

Loud and could not sleep well. To much going on outside with construction. Funny smell
