Staff was friendly and efficient. I was there for work so I didn't spend much time in my room. The only issue I had was the sink stopper didn't work.

Looks can be deceiving as this place looks like a little shanty town motel BUT was so impressed with the beds they were like sleeping on a cloud! I've stayed at many hotels and the beds are always so hard I never get good sleep even at expensive hotels beds are terrible. When and if I need to stay in Rochester again I will definitely be staying here!! The rooms were very clean also!
Good location was a little late on my checkout but staff was very friendly and understanding didn’t hold my deposit. Front desk employees were very pleasant to deal with and made me feel comfortable.
