I really love staying here its very nice and convenient except that they charged me $25 for one hour early check in time which is fine except that the room they gave me the air conditioner was not working and they gave me a new room which was excellent< but I believe that they should of waived those $25 being that the a/c was not working

2. Really close to alot of activity about 20min walk give or take for the river walk activity
3. Out of 5 star for security i give it a 3 mostly because you do have a large homeless population in San Antonio
Good location. We were able to walk everywhere. Staff was friendly and helpful.
How friendly the associates were with everyone checking in & out the hotel
The hotel was clean and conveniently around a lot of things. I’ve stayed here about 3 times already and haven’t had any issues with the cleanliness besides some stains on the bedsheets and marks on walls but that’s no dealbreaker for me. The bathrooms were really clean, sinks, floors, all clean. No bugs at all, the hotel is relatively quiet minus sometimes at night it being a little loud through other people staying there. No deposit thankfully! Parking was $15 a night so I payed $48 for 3 nights 4 days which is not too bad. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and will continue to stay here in the future ! Also the staff were really nice and helpful.
