Great location, clean accommodations, easy access to surrounding Asheville attractions. And friendly staff.
The bartender was very helpful. The location is great and the bed was very comfortable.
We were able to check in very early since we got to town much sooner than expected.
The front desk staff were always welcoming and pleasant.
The self parking was very easy....there is a fee, but it it much more than makes up for the convenience of being able to WALK EVERYWHERE in town easily. We only had to move the car to take our hikes and explore other local areas.
The breakfast and staff were amazing.
The lobby bar was well stocked and staffed.
Location of hotel to downtown Asheville NC. I was able to walk downtown easily.
